Today's Hubby's Birthday!

Hubby is Sweet 32 today. Happy Birthday Sayang, Semoga Allah panjangkan umur, murahkan rezeki dan memberi keberkatan dalam hidup dunia dan akhirat. I prayed hard for our baby to arrive today so he can celebrate the same birthday with his Babah plus having 12 RabiulAkhir as his birthday which means a month later than our Prophet's birthday on the 12 RabiulAwal is quite an event too.

However up to now, 5.35pm, there is still no signs of labor. I feel as strong and as healthy as a black stallion. To be honest, besides the points mentioned above, it's quite frustrating to think that I'm gonna deliver quite a huge baby, can I? All I could do now is to just pray to Allah s.w.t. to give me much strength to push my baby out and may the labor process proceed smoothly without complications and both of us will be in healthy conditions, aminn..

This afternoon, I had my routine walk to KLCC, alone. I gallivanted around Parkson Grand and KLCC, windowshopping. Not to mention, I walked pretty fast, sengaje nk bagi cepat beranak. But as always, there were no signs of labour at all...which makes me wonder the whole way back to Wisma, why oh why this practice works on every pregnant mommy but me?? I always heard people telling, after a walk around a shopping complex, their waterbag broke, they felt strong contraction, they had bloody show. It sounded so easy. But it was not in my case. I thought I've walked more than any pregnant mommies. In fact hubby once told me, if there is an award for Ibu Mengandung Paling Banyak Berjalan, that would be me. But up to 38 weeks, no signs at all. Finally I've come to a conclusion that I've never thought off before. Maybe for other pregnant mommies, they don't normally walk that much (at least not as much as I do) until near labor when people asked them to walk a lot, they start walking so baby terkejut maka terberanak. As in my case, I've walked too much. So baby dah biase with me walking drpd mula2 pregnant, hari2 lunchtime walk from Tan & Tan to Ampang Park or PNB Darby Park, honeymooning to Bali berjalan dr 9am to 10pm hari2 sampai la skarang yg dh nk due ni hari2 lunchtime tawaf satu KLCC. So maybe, he's immune to my walking habit. So jalan la banyak mane pn, baby x terkejut, baby xkisah and maka x terberanak walaupun dh jalan round 4 shopping complexes in one day...make sense ain't it?
