Afeef's 1st Geraham!

Baru discovered this morning masa tengah geletek die lepas mandi, Afeef dah tumbuh his 1st geraham tapi baru keluar the tips of the geraham. Dulu pernah nak buat his tooth chart tapi tertangguh pulak. But I still remembered his tooth chart quite clearly, Afeef start tumbuh gigi right after balik from Korea trip, i.e. at the end of his 10 months old of age. No wonder he keeps getting fever a few times before that besides due to the atmosphere itself, with his cousins asik demam berulang2 and berjangkit2. Memang from December to February asik makan ubat aje Afeef, baru baik dh demam balik. 

Memang budak biase 6 months dh tumbuh gigi, Afeef sampai umur die genap 10 months pn still have a gummy smile yg cute tu. Everybody upon seeing his gummy smile as usual with their usual typical gesture, "Ishh lambat nye tumbuh gigii...." And I as usual with my complacent and unworried gesture, "Ha'ah, x tumbuh lagi.."

Tapi bile dah nak masuk 10 months terus gigi2 depan die keluar almost serentak sebanyak 8 batang, ha amik kau..hehehe! I never really care if his main development like tumbuh gigi, merangkak berjalan and bercakap lambat or cepat coz my mum always said our siblings even, have different milestones. My brother, Adam as an example, umur 10 bulan dah berjalan, tapi umur 3 tahun baru bole bercakap. Kalau org tua tgk mesti akan ckp or paling2 pn ckp dlm hati agaknya, "Ish ish ishhhh kesiannn...bodoh agaknye budak ni..lembab sgt nk pandai cakap.." Alhamdulillah Adam sekarang is in his final block doing Medicine at IIUM Kuantan, bakal doktor ye tuan2 and puan2 budak yang umur 3 tahun baru pandai cakap tu..hehehe..

Oh and by the way, this is my latest FS tracking status, aduhh..dr ptg semalam until now still at Malaysia Foreign Custom, gegegege...neves nye..mcm tunggu result SPM keluar. Harap sgt x kene tahan kt airport customs, I've heard the custom tax imposed may be as much as 30% and sometimes almost 50%! 30% of FS is about RM300+, so that could sum up to about RM1500 a pump, macam beli at online shops jugakla gamaknye.. TT

Freestyle is on its way!

The Medela Freestyle pump is on its way, I'm so excited! According to Paypal and the seller herself, the shipment will take 6-10days not including weekends depending on destination. That means it should be arriving by next week! Hope everything will go as planned, I'll explain THE PLAN later once it arrives safely.

Medela Freestyle BreastPump

Previously, during Afeef time, I used Medela Mini-E mainly because it was Medela's Most Inexpensive Electric Pump and my only aim was to express BM for Afeef at the office regardless of the amount expressed. 

 

Later did I know that double pumping can optimize the production of EBM, and bile dah rase sakitnye beli FM yg sgt costly untuk anak yang sihat seperti Afeef yg sgt suke susu, barula terfikir nk buat kire2 balik and ternyata, amat berbaloi to invest in expensive double pump rather than investing on expensive susu lembu. Mula nak consider between Ameda and Medela, Ameda is very cheap costing only at around RM700 a unit while Medela costs at RM1640 the least in Malaysia, itupun kene beli kt online shop, mahal nye. Tetibe smlm terfikir pulak nk check kt ebay.

To my surprise, Medela Freestyle is just around USD347 including shipping, which is just about RM1163!! Murahnyeee...Anim baru je offer, nk pesan kt kawan die coming home from the UK. But Mothercare UK pn around RM1200 so still ebay is cheaper..

Now, I'm waiting for my PayPal credit card verification code. Once my Paypal has been verified which will take around 3-4days, I can proceed with my purchase~ :)
